Biography - Charlee Garden, Ph.D. Charlee has a diverse educational background. She received her BS in Engineering from Brigham Young University, her MS in Management from Stanford, and her Ph.D. in Social Systems Psychology from California School of Professional Psychology. Her professional certifications include: Certified Master Coach, Newfield Group , Myers-Briggs Certification, Consulting Psychologists, , generative coaching, Coaches of Change, Somatic Coaching, Richard Heckler, Six Sigma Black Belt, Motorola, and Certified Organizational Development Consultant, NTL. Dr. Garden is an adjunct professor teaching leadership effectiveness in the executive MBA programs at both Columbia Business School and Farleigh Dickinson University. In addition, she co-leads a research project sponsored by Columbia Business School investigating how people dealing with change respond to different types of dialogue. Prior to founding Garden Consulting Group, Charlee worked as a senior internal consultant with AT&T and Chase. Charlee enjoys public speaking and is often invited to deliver seminars and lectures on her unique approaches. She has authored and co-authored several articles on the subjects of business effectiveness, leadership effectiveness, and transpersonal growth.
